Flexfoam - C033

Purpose

Good sound absorbing and flexible polyester foam, for acoustic use in technical applications, with UV stability requirements. Creates an improvement in room acoustics by absorbing noise via reduction of the reverberation time.

You can choose whether you want whole sheets or B6 cut to your measurements.

Applications

The material is primarily used as an acoustic cladding in driver cabins, engine rooms, compressors, generators, fans, turbines, pumps or similar. You typically do not apply a surface to this foam (UV stable), but you are free to choose your adhesive type.

Alternatives

We can recommend our B028 (polyether) if you want an even better sound absorber. However, please note that B028 is not UV resistant and therefore requires a laminated film.
