Purpose
B6 Comprex is a sustainable material made of regenerated polyether foam (bonded foam). The material has good sound absorbing properties, as well as sound dampening properties. The foam is a green product as it is made from recycled foam, which can achieve densities of over 80 kg/m3 under pressure.
Focus on flexibility:
You are free to choose whether you want whole sheets or B6 to cut to your unique dimensions.
Applications
The material is primarily used as an acoustic cladding in driver cabins, engine rooms, compressors, generators, fans, turbines, pumps or similar.
If you want a film, you are free to choose which surface you want on the laminated foam, as well as any adhesive types.
Alternatives
If you want a material that dampens sound even better (soundproofing), we recommend a B6 Comprex foam in a higher density, e.g., RE100 or RE130
